I am Ayesha - the baker, decorator, content creator and everything in between behind Simply Scrumptious by Ayesha.

 

This venture has been something I have grown slowly over the last decade and it has truly been a memorable journey. I am a self-taught baker who initially started off making cupcakes in college as a way to pay for tuition, books and inevitable parking tickets. Eventually, a few friends trusted me enough to make a cupcake tower for their weddings which I thought was totally wild. 

 

Slowly but surely I got into the cake scene and grew into tiered cakes, full fledged wedding cakes and almost every celebration in between. 

 

When I’m not in the kitchen making endless buttercream, I am usually working as a dental hygienist or spending time with my nieces, nephews and pet rabbit, Pluffy.
