Where are you located?
Pickup of all cakes is from Burke, VA (22015). Delivery is available when requested for $35.00 within Northern, VA. Wedding cakes require delivery and set up and incur a standard and non-negotiable $70.00 fee.
Do you make and sell allergy
sensitive cakes?
We do not currently offer vegan or other allergy sensitive cakes but hope to in the future.
We do not use any gelatin in any of our cakes. All ingredients are 100% Halal.
Do you do custom cakes not shown
on your menu?
Yes! Whatever you have in mind, we can make! We love making unique and totally custom to you cakes and flavors, so send us a message about what you want and we can hash out the details!
Our cakes are also available for events such as weddings or bigger get-togethers. We can do larger cakes, tiered cakes, funky shaped cakes and even cupcakes as well.
What is your confirmation process?
Upon filling out the Order Form, please allow 1-3 business days to hear back. One details are finalized to your liking, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining amount is to be paid before pickup or delivery on the day of your event.
No order is considered confirmed unless a payment in full and/or deposit is made.
What is your current ordering process?
Orders are taken one month in advance, on the last day of the month! Books open at 10 am and will remain open until the maximum amount of orders is taken. After that, it’s takes us about a week to get through them all (sometimes sooner!) and you will receive an email and/or invoice if your order is accepted!
How far in advance do I need to
place my order?
A 3 week minimum is required to place an order. If availability allows, we try and accommodate the request within a shorter time frame.
A rush fee of $10.00 is automatically charged for all orders of 1 week or less.
Do you require a deposit for your orders?
Orders below $300.00 must be paid in full prior to pickup.
For orders over $300.00, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the request. The remaining amount is requested at delivery or upon pick up.
For wedding cakes, a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required to secure
your date.
Do you offer tastings?
Cake tastings are not provided at this time but we hope to be able to do tastings in the future.
What forms of payment do you take and when do I need to pay?
Once you have placed your order, we will send an invoice to the email provided where you are able to pay with your card. In special cases, we can arrange a different payment method.
