Care:
Pick up and carry the cake from the bottom. Never from the sides.
Keep the cake level at all times including during transport and refridgeration
Store cake in the fridge on a level surface
Take cake out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving
Use a cake stand, at least an inch bigger than the cake board
Store leftover cake in the fridge in an airtight container
